As the country moves to Covid-19 Alert Level 3 at 11.59pm on Monday 27th April, Macaulay Motors will be opening at 7.30am on Tuesday 28th April under limited conditions.
We continue to treat our responsibilities very seriously to protect our staff, customers, and our community in the battle against Covid-19 and will be operating under the strict Ministry of Health protocols required at this Alert Level.
MEASURES WE HAVE TAKEN

- Strict personal and site hygiene protocol including provision of PPE
- Rostering of staff breaks
- Social distancing policy
- Vehicle disinfection process
- Limited staff on site

VEHICLE SERVICING AND PARTS
- We are taking bookings for service, WOF and repairs as our service department opens on the 28th April. Under Alert Level 3 conditions, no one can enter our dealership and our customer lounge areas are closed, but rest assured, we have robust processes in place to continue to offer you the great service you are used to. While under Alert Level 3 we offer:
- Contactless service drop off through one access point for service
- Limited pick up and drop off service for service customers (conditions apply)
- Full vehicle disinfection process on arrival and departure from our business
- Contactless pick up and drop off for parts – please contact us in advance
- Contactless payment process
