With the Government's announcement that the COVID-19 alert level will drop to Level 3, we wanted to let you know that our dealership is preparing to open on Tuesday 28th April 2020.
We won’t be fully open, but we’ll have contactless servicing and test drive options available for you. When visiting us, be rest assured that we’ve put in place strict controls and rules around sanitation and contact tracing to keep you and our staff as safe as possible.
Our departments will be open and our team ready to welcome you, so please feel free to drop by to test drive or view a vehicle with us.
You are very welcome to book ahead of your visit to ensure that we can fully sanitise the car you want to view or test drive so that it is ready for you and to avoid any delays.
If you would rather not visit our showroom, we would be happy to arrange a home visit to show you any vehicle at your home. During this visit, we would naturally maintain the same high level of hygiene as during a visit to the dealership.
Please Note: to ensure the well being of our staff, home visits can only be conducted if no one in the household shows any signs of illness.
We have a new service where you can book a video meeting with one of our sales consultants. Just like a physical meeting, you will get the opportunity to see the desired models, features, equipment, get the part-exchange price, we can even give you a live video tour of the vehicle.
Just simply choose a time that suits you and we will be ready to help you.
We are pleased to offer service customers within a ten kilometre radius, a contactless pick-up and drop-off service.
Our workshops will be open and our staff are ready to welcome you, so there is nothing to prevent you from entrusting your vehicle with us. Our staff are instructed on how to ensure a high level of hygiene throughout our workshop visit.
Key touchpoints in vehicles will be sanitised after a service visit. We will use recommended cleaning products and procedures to help ensure that all vehicles are clean and safe when returned to customers. Click here to check out our full sanitation process for servicing.
