With New Zealand moving to Covid-19 Alert Level 3 on Tuesday, we want to update you on what this means for Capital City Ford. The health and wellbeing of our staff, friends, family and customers is of the utmost importance and we have put in place strict precautions to unite against Covid-19.
From Tuesday 28 April, we will be offering the below contactless services:
Sales: To make an enquiry or appointment, please contact one of the below sales managers. Our showrooms remain temporarily closed; however, we will be offering contactless test-drives, deliveries and handovers in Wellington and Kapiti. We can bring the vehicle to your home or workplace and vehicles will be comprehensively santised before you drive.

Service: Our service departments in Wellington city, Pararparaumu and Porirua are all operating on an appointment only basis. Please do not arrive without contacting us first. We will make arrangements with you for a contactless service and your vehicle will be comprehensively sanitised before and after the work has been completed.

Parts: Our retail counter remains temporarily closed. However we can have your goods dispatched via courier or we can arrange a contactless collection.
