Alert Level 3 Procedures
As our nation heads into Alert Level Three, we wanted to reach out to you to ensure that you are kept up to date with the services Stevens Motors will have available to you from next week.
We want to assure you that your safety and the well-being of our staff will remain the highest priority during this time. From Tuesday 28th April we will be commencing contactless services including sales, servicing, vehicle delivery and parts sales.
Our staff will commence to work remotely wherever possible, with reduced on-site staffing at Stevens Motors. We have also put in place extensive procedures to ensure that all our staff and site operate at the highest level of safety and hygiene standards.
Measures we have taken
To ensure the safety of our team and customers include:
- Contact tracing records and strict site access measures
- Strict personal and site hygiene protocol including provision of PPE
- Careful rostering of teams and regular staff wellness checks
- Daily Safety audits
- A robust social distancing policy
- Thorough car sanitisation to cover all touch points
Contactless System
As we introduce this new fully contactless system, our usual everyday interactions with customers are going to look a little different from what you're used to. You can expect the following changes to our usual services:
Vehicle Servicing
Our Vehicle Servicing will be available for booking from Tuesday 28th April. Although you won't be able to enter our dealership, we have processes in place to provide you with the same professional level of service you're used to. In the event you are unable to visit our dealership we can provide a contactless pick up and delivery of your vehicle (conditions apply). Our team are here to help, and it is important to us that you and your vehicle remain cared for through this period.

Sales and Finance
Our Sales and Finance team are currently available for remote assistance and this will continue throughout level three. Test Drives will be available from Tuesday 28th April and can be done onsite at Stevens Motors, please email: [email protected] to arrange as visits are by appointment only to ensure COVID-19 protocols are met. Beyond this we are pleased to introduce the option to have a vehicle delivered to you
